Imergent Corp was founded in Tampa, Florida in February 2004 with a clear mission: build software that solves real problems for real organizations.
We started in enterprise SaaS — designing and deploying a custom HR and payroll platform that major U.S. law firms, including Carlton Fields, relied on daily. We didn't build generic software and hope someone would buy it. We understood the workflows, the compliance requirements, the pain points — and built a system that reduced processing time from days to minutes.
When mobile computing emerged as a viable platform, we were ready. As an authorized T-Mobile Value Added Reseller, we developed applications across education, performance tracking, cold-calling analytics, and public opinion polling — all designed for smartphones and wireless devices before "mobile-first" became a buzzword.
Today, we're applying two decades of workflow intelligence to AI-powered applications. We're not an AI startup chasing hype. We're a software company with 20+ years of understanding how professionals work — and we're building intelligent tools that fit into those workflows.
